FROM THE OFFICE OF THE MOTEN FAMILY HISTORIAN, CIO and WEB-MC: All Vital, Census and related records are approved and certified documents of one or more of the listed approved agencies. Without these four (4) agencies this project would have required extended hours of research, travel and accumulation in order to capture a fraction of the documents located almost effortlessly. On behalf of the entire immediate and extended Moten and Related Families we wish to THANK each and everyone of the above agencies for preserving, archiving and making family records of this magnitude and historical significance available to this family as well as other families world-wide. Because of your existence, goals and services many are able to learn more about their family members than ever before. We thank you and greatly appreciate all of your efforts to make these services available using state-of-the-art technology for access and preservation for many generations to come.

I shiver to imagine trying to launch History Product Release Campaigns, Distributions, News Flashes, Content Request and more without this vehicle. It played a tremendous part in keeping people informed about the History Projects, Productions and Products during the Initial Phase regarding the release of The Moten Family History Book. Until a separate FACEBOOK Presence and Platform was established. We are grateful to the Admin Team and all the Family and Friends that are apart of that essential network.

Last but certainly not least the entire MOTEN FAMILY those with the name and those without the name. Thanks for your support and for allowing me the privilege to not only serve as Family Historian but also to research and present the Family History using state-of-the-art platforms.
UNCLE SAM
Last but certainly not least, the man that knows almost everything about all families and none other than UNCLE SAM. What family members don't know or refuse to divulge UNCLE SAM knows and has the documentation to prove it. He has tracked and kept the history of families from all walks of life. From Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage Licenses, Census Reports, Military Records and all sorts of records. The history of people that came from all countries and nations to the United State of America, Uncle Sam has some sort of record or documentation and maybe even a photo here and there about them. Without the vast amount of history that he has collected for centuries and decades this project would not be possible. I am sure when he had various agencies and offices start the process of documenting people, wars and events he never knew that information would serve in a new capacity in the age of ancestry and genealogy. I am sure the intended purpose of a U.S. Census was to document the demographics of families, households and communities to learn how to provide better resources and services to people. Never would we expect to see what was equivalent to an Olan Mills Family Roll Call and Snapshot actually be Grandma's entanglement. Who would have thought to learn so much on a single sheet of paper about their ancestors. But thanks to Uncle Sam we have that information at our fingertips.
