ACC APPROVAL is needed for a new Roof

**Individual homeowners are responsible their own roof repair and/or replacement**

(3)Windsor Shake American Oak,(brown), 

(4)Boral Chestnut Burnt Black Antique (12/30/21), 

(5)Boral Stone Mountain Grey Antique (03/24/1922), 

(6)Windsor Shake Gray Silverado, and 

(7)Maple Creek Blend by Eagle Tile Company (#39604)  

These roof tiles are the approved tiles for all homeowners in Copper Lake when they replace their roof.  Required shape is traditional barrel tile only.

The ACC must approve your request for a new roof.  The contractor must be licensed to do roofing in Palm Beach County, have a current license to do so, and be fully insured with your home on his policy in case someone falls etc.
