Office Suites

There are two office suites and one studio available for rent.  

The office suite area is separate from the hall rental space and includes a shared bathroom for tenants.  Office tenants have 24/7 access to the building and each office has a unique lock and key.  Office tenants have access to additional storage space in the basement.  Office suites have reflective windows that face Otter Ave and privacy glass on the interior doors and windows.  Utilities and off-street parking in private lot is included.   

Office tenants have access to the venue hall to hold meetings or events.  The hall space includes a full kitchen, separate bathrooms and a common area that connects these rooms.  Office tenants receive 8 hours of weekday (before 5 PM) hall access per month.  Weeknight and weekend hall rental is available at 50% off the posted rental rate.
