Event Venue Reservation
The areas included in the rental are the main hall (585 sq ft), full warming kitchen (155 sq ft), 2 ADA accessible bathrooms, and the common area (400 sq ft) that connects these rooms as well as the outdoor area, patio, and playground.

Tables and chairs are included in the rental and you may configure them to best suit your needs.
The kitchen and storage rooms are stocked with a variety of items that you may use including decorations and cleaning supplies. We have various technology available as well.
We are a DIY and "return it as you found it" type of establishment.
Rates:
Friday - Sunday and Holidays $50/hour
Monday - Thursday $25/hour
Daily rates available. Discounts available to non-profit and community organizations. Please contact us.
We are willing to work with anyone and your specific circumstances or requests such as providing cleaning services or garbage removal which are the responsibility of the renter unless arranged in advance (please see full rental agreement for all expectations). Added services are subject to additional fees.
We reserve the right to increase the security deposit or charge a premium rental rate based on the specific event.

Reservation Form & Process
Review the full rental agreement (at bottom of this page) before making your reservation. Your total reservation time should include ALL setup AND cleanup needs.
1) Consult the event calendar (above) for availability. Click on the calendar item to see start and end times of already scheduled events. Conflicts are not allowed as there is only one space available for rent
2) Submit the form below to reserve your requested date and time. You MUST click the Submit button.
NOTE: A copy of your form responses is sent to the email provided below. If you do not receive the copy of your responses, we did not receive them either. Submit the form again
3) We will review your request and you will receive an official confirmation via email that your event was added to our calendar (check your SPAM if you don't get this email)
4) Pay the $50 security deposit within 3 days of reservation confirmation
5) Return the signed agreement form within 3 days of reservation confirmation
6) You will receive an invoice with a payment link via email about 10 days before your event
7) Your balance (plus tax) is due 5 days prior to your scheduled event
8) You will receive the door code via text message about 3 days before your scheduled event

Rental Agreement
We want you to receive your security deposit back. Please make sure you review the rental agreement below completely so that you know what is expected of you on the day of your event. For an additional fee, arrangements for cleaning, garbage removal, or other services can be made if you do not wish to do those things yourself. Your reservation time should include ALL setup AND cleanup. We have back to back events many days. You are expected to arrive and leave on time or additional rental fees may be deducted from your security deposit.
