-  복합산화물 박막 에피택시 및 고품질 산화물 이종구조 제작

- 원자레벨의 구조/계면 제어 및 Strain Engineering을 통한 새로운 물성 탐구

- 2DEG 기반 Quantum Transport 연구 및 관련 응용소자 개발

- 강유전체/강자성체 기반 터널접합소자, 비휘발성 메모리 개발

- 산화물 기반 멤리스터 개발 및 뉴로모픽 소자 개발

- 펄스레이저증착 (Pulsed Laser Deposition, PLD) 또는 XRD 기반 구조분석 관련 실적, 경력 보유자 우대

• 급여조건

- 경력에 따라 협의 (인센티브, 4대보험 및 퇴직금 포함)

- 해외학회 발표 지원

- 계약기간 1년 (재계약 가능)

• 지원자격

- 물리학 또는 관련 전공 박사학위 소지자

- 주 40시간 (1일 8시간, 주 5일) 근무가 가능한 자

- 해외여행에 결격사유가 없으며, 병역대상자의 경우 군필 또는 면제자

• Research Field

We are looking for a post-doc candidate who can study the following fields including but not limited to

- Epitaxial growth of oxide thin films using Pulsed Laser Deposition.

- Emergent physics by atomic-scale structure control/ Interface. engineering/ Strain engineering.

- Quantum transport & quantum device applications.

- Ferroelectric/ferromagnetic tunnel junctions, & non-volatile memory.

- Oxide-based memristors and neuromorphic device applications.

* We give preference to applicants with experience in the field of Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) and XRD analyses. 

• Salary & Benefits

- Negotiable based on experience

- 1 year period (the contract can be renewed.)

• Applicant Requirements

- Ph.D. in Physics, Materials Science, or related fields

- Working time: 40 hours per week
