Article 1 (Application of Terms)

These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the "Cope - Chat Journal" (hereinafter referred to as "the App").
By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

1. The App provides a service that allows users to record and view diary entries.

2. The App may provide automatically generated replies or comments to user diary entries by utilizing external AI services.

3. Some features are available only through subscriptions or additional in-app purchases.

Article 3 (Account)

1. Users must provide accurate information and properly manage their account information.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of an account.

Article 4 (Fees)

1. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

2. Additional charges may apply for certain content depending on the type.

3. Fees may be changed without prior notice.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company or the rightful owner.

2. Users may not use the content within the App for purposes other than personal use.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The App is provided on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. Replies and comments generated by AI are automated and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy or appropriateness.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

Article 7 (Restrictions)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Unauthorized copying or distribution of content

• Reverse engineering or similar acts of analysis

• Impersonating others

• Unauthorized use of the App

Article 8 (Amendments)

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms will take effect at the time they are announced within the App or by other means specified by the Company.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute related to the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
