WHAT IS COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE?
The Community of Practice is a practitioner‑led platform for disability employment professionals to connect, learn, and strengthen their practice. It brings job coaches together every quarterly or biannually to share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from peers and invited experts.
Through the CoP, members gain insights, exchange best practices, and build a supportive network that enhances the quality and sustainability of employment support for persons with disabilities.
