Driving & Parking Lot Rules

• Speed Limit: Keep speeds around 5-10 mph in the parking lot and always watch for people.

• No Reckless Driving: This includes no drifting, no burnouts, no donuts, or any other dangerous behavior. 

• Revving: We love the sound of your car, but please keep it short. We do not want to have to tell you to calm down. People are trying to enjoy walking around the show.

• No Loud Music: We know many of you have put time and effort into upgrading your sound systems, and we appreciate the passion that goes into customizing your ride. However, we ask that you please keep the volume down during the event. Loud music can take away from the atmosphere and make it difficult for others to enjoy conversations, check out the cars, and appreciate the music we typically have playing at the show.

• Owners are fully responsible for their pets and their behavior at all times during the event. Cool-It Car Community is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages involving animals.

Disclaimer: For the safety and security of all attendees, vendors, and staff, Cool-It Car Community notifies and coordinates with local law enforcement prior to each event held on private property. Police are informed of the event location and schedule to ensure a prompt response if needed.

Event Conduct Policy – Right to Remove

Cool-It Car Community reserves the right to remove any individual from its events, without refund or compensation, for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, violations of event rules, or disruption of the event atmosphere. This right is expressly enforced when events are held on private property, where attendance is considered a privilege and not a right. Individuals who refuse to leave when asked will be subject to removal by law enforcement.

Respect for Others & Their Cars

• Be Respectful: Treat everyone and their vehicles with respect.

• Hands Off: Do not touch or sit in anyone’s car unless you have explicit permission from the owner.

Cleanliness & Presentation

• No Littering: Use trash bins to dispose of any garbage. 

• Bring Your Best: While all cars are welcome, we encourage you to bring a car that’s clean and ready to show off. Unless it's an off-road car, you get an exception.
