Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring pets?
Yes, pets are welcome, but they must be on a leash at all times and should be comfortable around loud noises and crowds. Please be aware that revving and loud engines are part of the atmosphere. If your pet is easily startled, we recommend leaving them at home. Please note: Owners are fully responsible for their pets and their behavior at all times during the event. Cool-It Car Community is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages involving animals.

Is there an entry fee?
Spectator entry is always free. Vehicle registration or VIP parking may require a fee on a very rare basis, usually only 1-2 of our shows a year require a fee. Please check the specific event details. It will be clearly stated on the flyer. If we do charge any entry fee, it is never retained by us, it goes straight to charity. 

What types of cars are welcome?
All vehicles are welcome! Whether it’s classic, modern, muscle, JDM, Euro, truck, bike, or a custom build, if you’re proud of it, bring it.

Do you need to register for the event?
Good question, the simple answer is no. All of our events are on a first-come, first-served basis for parking spots. Sometimes, for shows with inside parking, we will do VIP registration forms. 

Are our food vendors cash-only? 

Some vendors may accept cash only, while others may take cards or mobile payments. We suggest bringing both cash and card to be safe.

What time should I arrive if I’m showing a car?
We recommend arriving no earlier than 20 minutes before the event starts to secure a good spot and complete check-in if needed. VIP vehicles may have separate arrival times listed in the event info.

Can I park with my friends or club?
Yes! We do our best to accommodate group parking. If you’re arriving together, let our parking staff know and we’ll do our best to park your group side-by-side.

Is there reserved or VIP parking?
Yes, at select events, we offer VIP parking with premium placement, early access, or perks. These spots must be reserved in advance.

Is there a rain date?
Most of our shows are rain or shine unless severe weather is expected. If an event is rescheduled or canceled, we’ll post updates on our social media and our website.

Are there restrooms available?
Yes, each venue has public restrooms for attendees and participants.

Can I bring my own tent or canopy? 

We prefer that you do not bring tents unless it is on the grass, with limited space at our shows we do not want any extra space taken up. Vendors approved by Cool-it Car Community are the only people allowed to set up tents.

 
Are burnouts allowed?
No, for everyone’s safety, burnouts, reckless driving, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the property and banned from future events. 

Can I fly a drone?
Drone use is not permitted unless approved in advance by the Cool-It Car Community team for safety and liability reasons. 

Is there music at the event?
Yes! Most shows feature live music to enhance the vibe. 

How can I become a sponsor?
