She has worked in a wide range of food-related fields, including food styling for Japanese media, cookbook creation, and, of course, teaching. She not only teaches Japanese homestyle dishes, but also Chinese and European cuisines at various schools. Remarkably, she also gives lectures at universities in Japan. Her experience and knowledge of Japanese food culture are both vast and extensive.
