If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Users may use the Cookies Pizza app to:

• Browse food menu items

• Place food orders

• Manage their account

• Track orders

You agree not to misuse the application or attempt unauthorized access.

3. User Accounts

Users may:

• Create an account, or

• Place orders as a guest

Users are responsible for ensuring that their provided information is accurate.

4. Orders

When placing an order:

• You agree to provide correct delivery information

• Orders may be canceled before preparation begins

• Cookies Pizza reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary

5. Payments

Cookies Pizza currently supports:

• Cash on Delivery

• In-App Wallet balance

Wallet balances are managed by the application administrator.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Location

• Traffic

• Restaurant workload

• Weather conditions

Cookies Pizza will attempt to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

7. Refunds

Since most orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds may not apply in many cases.

If payment was made through the wallet and an order is canceled, the balance may be restored to the wallet at the administrator’s discretion.

8. Notifications

The app may send notifications related to:

• Order updates

• App announcements

• Promotions or offers

Users may disable notifications in device settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cookies Pizza is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by external conditions

• Incorrect information provided by the user

• Temporary app service interruptions

Cookies Pizza may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
