If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Converto provides currency conversion and exchange rate information.

Exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice.

3. Availability

We strive to keep the App available and operational.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or continuous availability of exchange rate providers.

4. Premium Subscription

Certain features are available through optional Premium subscriptions.

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play.

Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Google Play policies.

5. Offline Features

Some features may continue working using previously cached exchange rates.

Offline information may not represent the latest available market data.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the App lawfully;

• not attempt to reverse engineer the App;

• not interfere with the operation of the App;

• not misuse Premium functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and content within Converto remain the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of exchange rate information.

The developer is not responsible for financial losses resulting from reliance on exchange rate information provided by the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
