Terms of Service for Convert Video to Audio - Pro

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a supplemental agreement between you and the provider of Convert Video to Audio - Pro (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and the Apple EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App and its software, design, branding, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. The App

The App lets you select video files and extract or convert their audio, including supported trimming, batch, quality, and export options. Processing is performed locally on your device. Output quality, duration, size, and compatibility can depend on the source file, selected settings, available storage, device, and operating-system capabilities.

The App may offer:

• a free plan with a limited number of conversions and sponsored-app ads;

• a Pro monthly auto-renewable subscription;

• a Pro lifetime non-consumable in-app purchase; and

• legacy access for eligible users who obtained an earlier version of the App.

The features and limits displayed in the App at the time of purchase form part of the offer. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in videos, audio, file names, and other content you process with the App. Because processing is local, you do not grant us a license to upload, host, or use that content.

You are solely responsible for:

• having all necessary ownership, licenses, permissions, and consents for content you process, convert, save, or share;

• complying with copyright, privacy, publicity, and other applicable laws;

• checking converted output before relying on, publishing, or deleting an original file;

• maintaining backups of important content; and

• the destinations and people with whom you choose to share exported files.

You may not use the App to violate law or another person's rights, distribute malware, circumvent security or purchase controls, interfere with the App or its services, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Purchases and subscription terms

All purchases are offered and billed through Apple's in-app-purchase system and are also subject to Apple's terms.

Monthly Pro subscription

• The price and subscription period are shown in the App's purchase sheet before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation or, if an eligible free trial is offered, when the trial ends.

• The subscription automatically renews for additional monthly periods unless you cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal. Apple controls the exact renewal and billing timing.

• Your Apple Account will be charged the then-disclosed renewal price, subject to any notice and consent Apple requires for price changes.

• You can manage or cancel the subscription through iOS Settings or the App Store. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Free trial

A seven-day free trial is available only when it is displayed in Apple's purchase confirmation and Apple determines that your account is eligible. If you start an eligible trial and do not cancel before it ends, it converts to the paid monthly subscription at the displayed price. Any trial duration or eligibility shown by Apple at confirmation controls if it differs from promotional text in the App.

Lifetime Pro purchase

The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the Pro features offered for this App for as long as we make the App available and support those features, subject to these Terms and applicable law. “Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of any person and does not guarantee that the App, every feature, or compatibility with future hardware or operating systems will exist forever.

Restoration, billing, and refunds

Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. Apple handles payment processing, billing, cancellation, and refunds. We do not receive your payment-card or bank-account information and cannot directly issue App Store refunds. You may request a refund from Apple, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.

6. Legacy access

The App may use Apple's signed App transaction information to recognize eligible users who acquired version 1 before the v2 business model and preserve access to original features. Legacy access is personal to the eligible Apple Account and is not transferable. It does not create a cash value or a right to newly introduced paid services beyond the access presented in the App.

7. Sponsored-app ads

The free plan may display sponsored-app ads from Kickstart Exchange. Tapping an ad opens the advertised app's App Store page. We do not endorse, own, or control advertised third-party apps, and your download or use of them is governed by their developer's terms and privacy policy. You can use the ad's information and report controls where available. Pro and eligible legacy users do not see this ad placement in the current version.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on services provided by Apple, RevenueCat, and Kickstart Exchange. Those services may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Purchase entitlement checks may require an internet connection, although the core media conversion itself is performed locally. Our handling of information is described in the App's Privacy Policy.

9. Updates and availability

We may provide updates to maintain compatibility, security, compliance, or functionality. The App or some network-dependent features may not always be available. We may suspend or stop providing all or part of the App when reasonably necessary. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right or paid entitlement under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. These Terms terminate automatically if you materially breach them, subject to any notice or remedy required by law. On termination, the license in Section 2 ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, responsibility for content, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply. Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; you must cancel it through your Apple Account.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation. We do not warrant that every source file will convert successfully or that output will meet every purpose or quality requirement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some or all of this section may not apply to you. You retain all mandatory consumer protections.
