Terms of Services for Convert Image to PDF - create
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Image to PDF (“the App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”):
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA regarding the licensed application itself, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent of that conflict.
You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws that apply to you.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Image to PDF allows you to:
Select photos and image files;
Scan documents using supported Apple devices;
Crop, rotate, filter, and arrange pages;
Create PDF documents;
Save, preview, rename, duplicate, delete, and share PDFs;
Access optional Pro features through In-App Purchases.
The App’s features, limits, supported devices, and availability may change over time.
The free version may include usage limits. The current free version may limit PDFs to three pages and may limit free PDF generations per day. Pro access may increase those limits and unlock additional quality, layout, filter, and export features.
Subject to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control.
You may not:
Copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App, except where applicable law permits;
Modify or create derivative works based on the App;
Circumvent usage limits, purchase checks, security features, or entitlement controls;
Interfere with the App, its services, its advertising system, or Apple’s systems;
Use the App to violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or disrupt the App or its services.
You retain ownership of the images, scans, files, documents, and other content that you import into or create using the App.
You are solely responsible for:
Having the necessary rights and permissions to use your content;
Ensuring that your content does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or other rights;
Using the App only for lawful purposes;
Reviewing the generated PDF before relying on it;
Maintaining backups of important source files and PDFs.
The App processes imported content locally on your device. You do not grant us ownership of your content by using the App.
When you intentionally share a file through Apple’s share sheet or another service, you are responsible for choosing the recipient and destination.
The App is designed to process images, scans, and PDF files on your device.
The App may not work correctly if your device lacks sufficient storage, is damaged, offline, incompatible, or subject to operating-system restrictions.
You understand that files may be lost, damaged, deleted, inaccessible, or incorrectly converted because of device failures, operating-system behavior, storage limitations, user actions, unsupported formats, or other causes outside our reasonable control.
The App is not a substitute for maintaining backups.
The App may offer the following optional Pro products:
An auto-renewable monthly subscription;
A one-time lifetime purchase, where available.
The exact product name, price, currency, taxes, trial terms, eligibility, and available features will be shown by Apple and in the App before purchase.
The monthly subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it through your Apple Account before the next renewal.
If you are offered a free or discounted trial, the trial duration and the price charged after the trial will be shown before purchase. Unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s requirements, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular displayed price after the trial ends.
Apple generally recommends canceling a free trial at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew.
You can manage or cancel the subscription through:
Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
You may also use the purchase-management features provided in the App.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the Pro entitlement associated with that purchase.
A lifetime purchase is not a recurring subscription and does not renew automatically.
“Lifetime” refers to the period during which the applicable Pro functionality remains available in the App. It does not guarantee that the App, a particular feature, or a particular version will be available forever.
Apple processes payment for In-App Purchases. We do not control Apple’s payment methods, billing systems, payment failures, taxes, or currency conversion.
Your purchase is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but normally does not immediately end access during the already-paid subscription period.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies and applicable law.
You may request help with an Apple purchase at:
https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
You may restore eligible purchases using the App’s restore-purchase feature or Apple’s purchase systems.
Restoration generally requires use of the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Restoring a purchase does not create an account or transfer ownership of a purchase to another Apple Account.
Free users may see cross-promotion advertising provided by Kickstart Exchange. Pro users do not normally see these advertisements.
Kickstart Exchange is operated by a third party and is governed by its own terms and privacy notice:
https://exchange.kickstart.tools/privacy
The App also uses RevenueCat to support purchase and subscription management:
https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy-policy
Apple provides the App Store, payment processing, purchase restoration, subscription management, sharing, scanning, and other system services. Apple’s terms and policies apply to those services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party advertisements, external websites, App Store content, or the actions of third-party applications that you choose to use.
The App, including its software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the developer publishing this app to the AppStore and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, no rights are granted to you.
We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
We may change free-tier limits, Pro features, purchase availability, and pricing, subject to applicable law and Apple’s requirements.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will meet every requirement;
PDF conversions will always be accurate or complete;
Files will never be lost or damaged;
The App will operate without interruption or errors;
The App will remain available indefinitely;
The App will support every image, file format, device, or operating-system version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, documents, profits, business, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or the relevant Pro purchase during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless the app owner, its contractors, and its service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your unlawful use of the App;
Your content;
Your violation of another person’s rights.
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, attempt to bypass purchase or security controls, or create a risk of harm to the App, other users, or third parties.
Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund. Refunds remain subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Sections concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and publish the revised Terms at the location where these Terms are made available.
Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
