Privacy Policy for Convert Image to PDF - create
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Image to PDF (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use the App.
Image to PDF is designed to convert photos, files, and camera scans into PDF documents directly on your Apple device.
The App does not require an account or sign-in.
Images, files, scans, and generated PDFs are processed locally on your device.
We do not upload your images, scans, source files, or generated PDFs to our servers.
We do not sell your personal information.
The free version may display privacy-focused cross-promotion advertisements.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple and supported by RevenueCat.
The App does not use personalized advertising, advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, cloud document storage, or contact-list access.
When you select photos, import image files, or scan documents, the App temporarily copies and processes that content within the App’s local storage.
The App may locally store:
Selected images and scanned pages;
Temporary copies used during processing;
Generated PDF files;
PDF titles, page counts, dates, file sizes, page settings, and local file paths;
Local preferences and usage counters, such as appearance settings and free-generation limits.
This information remains on your device unless you choose to share it using Apple’s share sheet or another application.
We do not receive or store the contents of your images, scanned documents, or PDFs on our servers.
If you share a PDF with another app, website, cloud service, or person, that destination controls how the shared information is handled under its own privacy policy.
The App offers optional Pro features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, including an auto-renewable monthly subscription and, where available, a one-time lifetime purchase.
To provide and validate purchases, the App uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process information such as:
A randomly generated anonymous App User ID;
Purchase history;
Product and entitlement status;
Subscription status, renewal, expiration, refund, or revocation information;
Apple transaction or receipt information;
Limited technical information needed to operate and protect the purchase service.
The App does not create a user account and does not send your name or email address to RevenueCat through the App’s current implementation.
Apple processes payment information and manages billing, refunds, and Apple Account information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

Free users may see a banner advertisement from Kickstart Exchange, a cross-promotion service for Apple applications. Pro users do not normally see this banner.
Kickstart Exchange may process limited app-level information such as:
App bundle identifier;
App, build, platform, and SDK versions;
Apple App Store storefront country;
App-level advertisement impressions and clicks;
A locally verified Apple App Transaction used temporarily to verify that the App is genuine.
According to Kickstart Exchange, this information is not used to identify, track, profile, or target individual users or devices. Advertisement interactions are recorded at the app level rather than the individual-user level.
Kickstart Exchange states that advertising delivery and interaction records are generally retained for approximately 30 days. Its longer-term app-to-app statistics may be retained for analytics without a fixed deletion period.
Requests to Kickstart Exchange may pass through Cloudflare, which may process a connecting IP address as part of ordinary network delivery. Kickstart Exchange states that it does not store those addresses or use them to identify users.
Kickstart Exchange’s privacy notice is available at:

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, message, attachments, and any information you choose to include.
We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, investigate problems, and improve the App.
Please avoid sending confidential or highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your support request.
Apple may process information when you:
Download or update the App;
Make or restore an In-App Purchase;
Manage a subscription;
Use Apple’s App Store;
Open an App Store link;
Use Apple’s sharing, scanning, file, or system services.
Apple’s processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and applicable Apple terms.
We may use information to:
Provide and maintain the App;
Process images, scans, files, and PDFs locally;
Provide Pro features;
Validate purchases and restore entitlements;
Respond to support requests;
Protect the App and prevent misuse or fraud;
Comply with legal obligations;
Improve the App using information that does not identify individual users.
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.
We may share limited information with:
Apple, to process App Store downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and related services;
RevenueCat, to validate and manage purchases and subscription entitlements;
Kickstart Exchange and its service providers, to provide cross-promotion advertising;
Email or technical service providers, when necessary to respond to support requests;
Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, or protection of rights;
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not share your images, scans, source files, or generated PDFs with advertisers or third parties through the App.
Local images, scans, PDFs, history records, and settings remain on your device until you delete them, remove the relevant history entry, delete the App, or the device or operating system removes them.
The App does not provide cloud document storage or an online account.
Purchases and subscription records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal information. You may also have a right to data portability or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can delete locally stored App content through the App or by deleting the App from your device.

Apple, RevenueCat, Kickstart Exchange, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled directly by us. However, no device, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important images and PDFs.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required for digital consent in the applicable country.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our services, or applicable legal requirements change.
When we update it, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and publish the revised version at the location where this policy is made available.
Your continued use of the App after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
