How to partecipate

To register, you need to fill out the registration form HERE.

Registration must then be regularized by paying the participation fee according to the instructions below.

The payment of a participation fee is required for at least one of the authors and for each contribution presented and published in the final proceedings of the conference.

IMPORTANT: If an author writes two or more contributions, all with a single signature, he/she/them must pay a single registration fee and the payment of 50 Euros for each contribution beyond the first. For multiple signature works and authors with multiple papers sent, the registration fee of at least one of the authors is always foreseen (even if they do not participate in the conference), and if the works exceed the number of registered authors, the publication fee of the extra work is 50 Euros.

Participation fee

(conference registration, including conference proceedings, publication of 1 full paper, coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner at Villa Pulejo).

• € 250 Reduced participation fee with payment made by August 12th 2022;

• € 300 Full participation fee with payment made by September 9th 2022 ;

• € 170 Reduced participation fee for students and PhD students with payment made by August 12th 2022;

• € 220 Full participation fee for students and PhD students with payment made by September 9th 2022; ​

• € 140 Participation fee for companions or listeners;

• € 50 fee for the publication of an additional paper.

Payment can also be made during the conference. However, it is necessary to communicate or confirm the participation.
