These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Juyana Islam (“ContractMaker”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”).

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ContractMaker mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using ContractMaker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

1. Purpose of the App & Legal Disclaimer

ContractMaker is an AI-assisted contract drafting and organization tool designed for informational and productivity purposes only.

• All contracts, templates, clauses, and AI-generated content are provided for educational and informational purposes only
  
  

• Content generated by the app may not be legally binding or enforceable
  
  

• Laws and requirements vary by jurisdiction and circumstance
  
  

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors
  
  

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all contracts
  
  

• You will consult a licensed attorney before using any contract for legal or business purposes
  
  

• We disclaim all liability for actions taken based on content generated by the app
  
  

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use ContractMaker.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
By using the app, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use ContractMaker only for lawful purposes
  
  

• Ensure the accuracy and legality of all content you create or import
  
  

• Not rely solely on AI-generated output without professional legal review
  
  

• Maintain control and backups of your locally stored contract data
  
  

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your device.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

(a) Violate any applicable laws or regulations
(b) Generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal contracts
(c) Infringe upon intellectual property or proprietary rights
(d) Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
(e) Misrepresent legal authority or impersonate others
(f) Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
(g) Scrape, overload, or interfere with app systems
(h) Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes
(i) Circumvent security or access controls

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

ContractMaker offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store
  
  

• We do not collect or store payment or credit card information
  
  

• Subscription management is handled by Apple and RevenueCat
  
  

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  
  

• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  
  

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
  
  

• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period
  
  

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate availability of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Data Storage & AI Usage

• All contracts and clause libraries are stored locally on your device
  
  

• ContractMaker does not provide cloud sync or remote backups
  
  

• AI features are optional and activated only when you choose to use them
  
  

When using AI features:

• Only the specific text you submit is processed
  
  

• Data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections
  
  

• Submitted content is not stored or used for AI training
  
  

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the app — including software, design, text, AI workflows, logos, and branding — are owned by Juyana Islam or licensed third parties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the app
  
  

• Reverse engineer or extract source code
  
  

• Use branding or trademarks without written permission
  
  

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of ContractMaker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and processed.

By using the Service, you agree to both these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ContractMaker and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  
  

• This includes (but is not limited to) legal disputes, contract invalidity, financial loss, or reliance on AI-generated content
  
  

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of:

• USD $1, or
  
  

• The amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim
  
  

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContractMaker and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the app
  
  

• Contracts created using the Service
  
  

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  
  

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh.
You waive any right to a jury trial.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Changes will be posted within the app
  
  

• The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision
  
  

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  
  

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
  
  

• Engage in prohibited or unlawful behavior
  
  

• Abuse the app or its systems
  
  

Termination does not entitle you to refunds or reinstatement.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By using ContractMaker, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
  
  

• Agree to be bound by them
  
  

• Accept full responsibility for contracts created using the app
