These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Context Bridge (“Context Bridge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Context Bridge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.
1. The service
Context Bridge is a project-continuity service for AI-assisted work.
The service provides tools through a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface for storing, retrieving, searching, checkpointing, comparing, and resynchronizing structured project information.
Context Bridge is intended to help users maintain project continuity across work sessions.
2. Eligibility and authority
You may use Context Bridge only if you are legally permitted to do so.
If you use Context Bridge on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
3. User content
You remain responsible for information you submit to Context Bridge.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit the information you provide.
You should not submit passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, payment-card information, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other sensitive credentials.
4. Permitted use
You may use Context Bridge for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
• Use the service for unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with the operation or availability of the service
• Attempt to circumvent security controls
• Submit malicious code or intentionally harmful data
• Use the service to violate another person's rights
• Abuse the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to access project information belonging to another user without authorization
5. AI-generated information
Context Bridge may be used together with AI systems.
Information generated, summarized, interpreted, or acted upon by an AI client may contain errors.
Users are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it.
Context Bridge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information generated by connected AI systems.
6. Service availability
We aim to operate Context Bridge reliably, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.
The service may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued.
7. Data and privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Context Bridge Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
8. Third-party services
Context Bridge relies on third-party infrastructure and may be accessed through third-party AI clients.
Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Context Bridge is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
The Context Bridge service, including its software, documentation, branding, and associated materials, is owned by or licensed to the service operator except where otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its intellectual property to users.
10. User feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about Context Bridge, you permit us to use that feedback to improve the service without creating an obligation to compensate you for the feedback.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Context Bridge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the service or your violation of these Terms, including your unauthorized submission or use of third-party information.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or its practices change.
The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
