Brent Oil
Brent crude, the international benchmark, rose above $30 a barrel in the Asian trading session amid optimism related to ongoing production cuts and a recovery in demand. On Wednesday, Brent plunged 4% to settle at $29.71 a barrel. Historically, Brent crude oil reached an all time high of 147.50 in July of 2008.
