Double Rooms

Our double rooms offer two double beds, a writing desk, ironing board, mini fridge, and LCD TV for maximum relaxation. Help yourself in the morning to a cup of complimentary coffee, tea, water, and an apple each day. Connect your own devices with our in-room HDMI cable provided. 

Room rate is 200$ per night. If sharing with another delegate, you can cost-share. If bringing a guest/family, verify with your host organization regarding reimbursement.

Rooms will be booked by the host organization (NSTU). You will have the option on the registration form to indicate arrangements.

Cottage:

All of our cottages are air conditioned, have a three piece bathroom, and are provided with an ironing board, mini fridge, and LCD TV for maximum relaxation. There is free Wi-Fi available in the cottages. Help yourself in the morning to a cup of complimentary coffee or tea. Most of our cottages are situated in a wooded cul-de-sac and allow for the convenience of parking your vehicle right in front of your own cottage. The cottages are only a minutes’ walk from the main hotel. All cottage guests have complete access to services in the hotel.
