Debt Solutions

• Consumer proposal administration

Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain scheduled payments as agreed

• Notify BNA Debt Solutions of any material changes in financial circumstances

• Attend required counseling sessions

• Cooperate with the Licensed Insolvency Trustee

Service Delivery

Appointments and Consultations

• Initial consultations are free

• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance

• Services are provided in English and other languages upon request

• Virtual and in-person consultations available

Payment Terms

• Fees are regulated by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy

• Payment schedules are established at the time of proposal acceptance

• No hidden or additional fees beyond those disclosed

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule

Confidentiality

• All client information is kept strictly confidential

• Information sharing is limited to authorized parties

• Documentation is securely stored and disposed of

• Client files are maintained as required by law

Limitation of Liability

BNA Debt Solutions is not liable for:

• Actions of third parties

• Changes in creditor policies

• Market conditions affecting asset values

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice

• Termination does not affect existing obligations

• Fees for services rendered remain payable

• Client files will be retained as required by law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by:

• The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

• Alberta provincial laws

• Canadian federal regulations

• Professional standards for Licensed Insolvency Trustees

Amendments

BNA Debt Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
