Project Management

Technical in nature - task oriented, managing to moving project toward completion while monitoring time, budget, and capacity; in coordination with a Change Management lead

Deliverables include: 

• Defining project scope, assembling teams, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders.

• Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closing process

• Waterfall Methodology: Traditional linear approach to complete each phase prior to initiated next phase blended with Agile for continuous improvement and collaboration

• Weekly meetings with teams

• Daily briefs with team leads

• Coordination across teams, internal and external

• Collaborating with identified change manager

• Bi-weekly 30-minute status report presentation to executive sponsors, leadership

• Ensuring project progress toward completion
