Waterfall Methodology: Traditional linear approach to complete each phase prior to initiated next phase blended with Agile for continuous improvement and collaboration
Weekly meetings with teams
Daily briefs with team leads
Coordination across teams, internal and external
Collaborating with identified change manager
Bi-weekly 30-minute status report presentation to executive sponsors, leadership
Ensuring project progress toward completion
