हम आपकी हमारी परामर्श शुल्क और शुल्क संरचना नीति को समझने और उसका पालन करने की प्रतिबद्धता की सराहना करते हैं। इन शर्तों का अनुपालन हमारी विशेष सेवाओं तक निर्बाध पहुँच सुनिश्चित करता है और एक मजबूत, दीर्घकालिक पेशेवर संबंध को बढ़ावा देता है।

1. General Provisions:

• N.A. (Not Applicable): Indicates provisions that do not apply in specific cases.

• A.P.A. (As Per Actual): Refers to expenses incurred from third-party sources by professional service providers.

• GST (Goods and Services Tax): Mandatory GST is applicable, which is subject to amendment based on the India Government and State Government regulations.

1. सामान्य प्रावधान:

• एन.ए. (लागू नहीं): उन प्रावधानों को इंगित करता है जो विशिष्ट मामलों में लागू नहीं होते हैं।

• ए.पी.ए. (वास्तविक के अनुसार): पेशेवर सेवा प्रदाताओं द्वारा तीसरे पक्ष के स्रोतों से किए गए खर्चों को संदर्भित करता है।

• जीएसटी (वस्तु एवं सेवा कर): अनिवार्य जीएसटी लागू है, जो भारत सरकार और राज्य सरकार के नियमों के आधार पर संशोधन के अधीन है।

2. Non-Refundable Consultancy Charges and Fees:

• Consultancy charges or professional fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

• These charges may only be adjusted against the final project fee.

2. गैर-वापसी योग्य परामर्श शुल्क और शुल्क:

• भुगतान किए गए परामर्श शुल्क या पेशेवर शुल्क सख्ती से गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं।

• इन शुल्कों को केवल अंतिम परियोजना शुल्क के विरुद्ध समायोजित किया जा सकता है।

3. Professional Fees Structure:

• Fees are fixed or Flexible based on the selected service plan, quality, type, and scope of work.

• Fees are determined based on Square Feet or Project Volume (Area).

• For projects measured in Acres or Hectares, a percentage-based fee structure applies (separate terms & conditions apply).

• Lump-sum professional fees may be available, subject to additional terms & conditions.

3. व्यावसायिक शुल्क संरचना:

• चयनित सेवा योजना, गुणवत्ता, प्रकार और कार्य के दायरे के आधार पर शुल्क या तो निश्चित या लचीले होते हैं।

• शुल्क स्क्वायर फीट या प्रोजेक्ट वॉल्यूम (क्षेत्र) के आधार पर निर्धारित किए जाते हैं।

• एकड़ या हेक्टेयर में मापी गई परियोजनाओं के लिए, प्रतिशत-आधारित शुल्क संरचना लागू होती है (अलग-अलग नियम और शर्तें लागू होती हैं)।

• अतिरिक्त नियमों और शर्तों के अधीन एकमुश्त व्यावसायिक शुल्क उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं।

4. Design Approval and Delivery:

• Upon receipt of consultancy fees, the initial design submission requires a minimum of 4-5 working days for approval.

4. डिज़ाइन स्वीकृति और डिलीवरी:

• परामर्श शुल्क प्राप्त होने पर, प्रारंभिक डिज़ाइन सबमिशन के लिए स्वीकृति के लिए कम से कम 4-5 कार्य दिवसों की आवश्यकता होती है।

5. Negotiable Professional Fees:

• Fees are negotiable based on the scope of work (total number of services) and the quantity of unit designs.

5. परक्राम्य व्यावसायिक शुल्क:

• कार्य के दायरे (सेवाओं की कुल संख्या) और यूनिट डिज़ाइन की मात्रा के आधार पर शुल्क परक्राम्य होते हैं।

6. Payment Schedule:

• For Fees up to ₹ 1 Lakh: 100% advance payment required.

• For Fees up to ₹ 2 Lakhs: 50% advance, remaining 50% before final drawings are delivered.

• For Fees up to ₹ 4 Lakhs: 40% advance, 30% upon space planning and design approval, 30% before final drawings are delivered.

• For Fees above ₹ 4 Lakhs: Pricing is determined based on project-specific requirements, scope of work, services, and applicable terms.

6. भुगतान अनुसूची:

• ₹ 1 लाख तक के शुल्क के लिए: 100% अग्रिम भुगतान आवश्यक है।

• ₹ 2 लाख रुपये तक की फीस के लिए: 50% अग्रिम, शेष 50% अंतिम चित्र वितरित होने से पहले।

• ₹ 4 लाख रुपये तक की फीस के लिए: 40% अग्रिम, स्पेस प्लानिंग और डिज़ाइन स्वीकृति पर 30%, अंतिम चित्र वितरित होने से पहले 30%।

• ₹ 4 लाख रुपये से अधिक की फीस के लिए: मूल्य निर्धारण परियोजना-विशिष्ट आवश्यकताओं, कार्य के दायरे, सेवाओं और लागू शर्तों के आधार पर निर्धारित किया जाता है।

7. Area Calculation:

• Area calculations include the following, as applicable:

• Plot/Ground/Stilt Area

• Basement, First, Second, Third Floors, etc.

• Terrace, Staircase-Mumty, Lift Room, and Projection Areas.

7. क्षेत्र गणना:

• क्षेत्र गणना में निम्नलिखित शामिल हैं, जैसा लागू हो:

• प्लॉट/ग्राउंड/स्टिल्ट क्षेत्र

• बेसमेंट, पहली, दूसरी, तीसरी मंजिल, आदि।

• छत, सीढ़ी-ममटी, लिफ्ट रूम और प्रक्षेपण क्षेत्र।

8. Interior Design and Renovation Services:

• Separate terms & conditions apply to interior design and renovation (remodeling) services.

8. इंटीरियर डिज़ाइन और नवीनीकरण सेवाएँ:

• इंटीरियर डिज़ाइन और नवीनीकरण (रीमॉडलिंग) सेवाओं के लिए अलग-अलग नियम और शर्तें लागू होती हैं।

9. Variable Pricing Due to Area Increase:

• Fees are subject to change if the project area increases during the design phase.

9. क्षेत्र वृद्धि के कारण परिवर्तनशील मूल्य निर्धारण:

• यदि डिजाइन चरण के दौरान परियोजना क्षेत्र बढ़ता है तो शुल्क में परिवर्तन हो सकता है।
