These drawings are not always simple for everyone to interpret. That’s why the expertise of a Civil Engineer and Civil Contractor is invaluable. They can explain each technical detail in a way that makes sense, ensuring you feel confident about your project.

📋 Scope of Work

1. Project Scheduling – Our Site Engineer prepares a detailed project schedule for building construction.

2. Weekly Updates – Receive weekly site reports with pictures & short videos via email or WhatsApp.

3. Daily Site Visits – Regular site visits based on conditions and requirements.

4. Expert Supervision – Supervision aligned with approved Architectural, Structural, MEP & Lifestyle Design Drawings.

5. Smooth Coordination – Direct coordination with Patron and Contractor (excluding labor) during execution.

6. Availability – Saturdays & Sundays are non-working days (included in the 90 days), but we remain available on call.

7. Critical Support – During RCC slab construction, our Site Engineer stays on-site until slab casting is complete.

📑 Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum engagement: 3 months (90 days), extendable until project completion.

2. Patron must provide a written commitment: No direct payments to contractors without our verification.

3. A basic sitting space/facility at the site is required.

4. PMC service is available locally only.

5. We are not responsible for delays due to Acts of God or unforeseen non-working days.

💰 Professional Charges

• INR 50,000.00 per month + GST 18% (non-refundable).

• Payment must be made in advance for 3 months (90 days).

🌐 About Online Site Supervision

We are an Online Design Consultancy Services Provider, offering Online Site Supervision to support your project remotely.

Our Online Supervision works just like traditional site visits through coordination, live site pictures, videos, and CCTV monitoring. This is the new normal in today’s construction world.

✅ What we need from you:

• Discipline at the site

• Regular coordination with the project team

• Following approved Design & Drawings and instructions

• Honest and consistent communication

We stay connected with you till project completion. Just share daily or weekly site updates via email (pictures & videos only, T&C apply), and follow our guidance step by step.

🏗️ About Traditional Supervision / Site Visit

If you prefer physical supervision, we also provide Traditional Site Visits.

• This is a separately paid service.

• Charges are collected in advance per visit (per day).

• Travelling fare, meals, and accommodation for a minimum of 2 persons must be arranged by the Patron.

• Services are provided only if required (T&C apply).

2️⃣ With Materials Contractor

If your contractor is a qualified Civil Engineer with a sufficient team of their own laborers, you can select them. They work on the basis of written quotations and agreements, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

3️⃣ Without Materials Contractor (Labor Rate)

These are usually beginners who move from labor to contractor roles. They:

• Lack their own labor team (depend on outsourced workers).

• Cannot work with written quotations or agreements.

• Struggle to read and follow structural design & drawings.

• Require a Site Engineer for quality control, cost management, and time efficiency.

🏗️ Structural Stability Certificates

1. Clients must obtain a Structural Stability Certificate from a Structural Design Engineer for every project, big or small. Ensure that the IS Codes are clearly mentioned in the design and drawings. This is your right.

2. Clients should also obtain a certificate from the Site Supervision Engineer / Supervisor, confirming that the structural design and drawings provided by the Structural Design Engineer have been followed honestly at the site. This is your right.

3. Clients must demand a certificate from the Contractor, verifying that during site execution, the structural design and drawings were followed faithfully. This is your right.
