Please note: the schedule may be adjusted
You are welcome to arrive at the monastery on Monday, June 29, between 10:30 – 11:30.
Please note that the monastery kindly requests that participants do not arrive before 10:30, as rooms and common spaces are still being prepared and cleaned.
We also ask that participants arrive no later than 11:30, as the monastery community has its worship service shortly afterward.
Upon arrival, you will have time to settle into your room before our orientation meeting and lunch together.

Continuation: Individual Retreat at Egmond Abdij or on your own at home
Because Lioba cannot accommodate our group beyond Thursday after lunch, Saki and a small group of participants will continue for three additional days of individual retreat at Adelbert Abdij in Egmond Binnen, approximately a 20-minute walk from Lioba. Those with a car could bring luggage there for everyone as some will be on bicycles. This continuation retreat has already been fully reserved by participants, and we regret that no additional places are available.
Bram, the Adelbert coordinator, will take everyone on a short tour around the premises after we've checked in. And Saki will meet with the group in one of the meeting rooms or outdoors on Thursday at 17:00 for a short orientation meeting, practical information, and suggestions on how you may wish to shape your personal retreat process during those days.
Participants will receive the Abdij daily schedule in their rooms.
Please note that individual Sufi practices will not be assigned during this portion of the retreat. The emphasis during these additional days is on spaciousness, silence, personal rhythm, reflection, and integration.
We look forward to sharing these days of practice, reflection, wisdom, and companionship together.
Warmly,
Saki Lee
