This is my go-to choice. You have almost zero wasted tertiary stats, although you do need 7 purple augments, which can be expensive.
Option #2: 2133 Single Gear Set, Purple Augments, & An Accuracy Stim

While this option actually gives you 21 more Critical Rating than Option #3, it involves a whopping 10 Purple Augments, which costs quite a bit.
Option #3: 1708* Multiple Gear Sets, Purple Augments, & No Accuracy Stim

This is another good choice, although most people prefer Option #1, which uses the Advanced Proficient Kyrprax Stim. This gives Option #1 394 more critical rating, but this option gives you an extra 264 Mastery and 109 Power through the use of the Advanced Versatile Kyrprax Stim.
*Thresholds cannot be met using a single gear set and no accuracy stim.
Option #4: 1912 Multiple Gear Sets, Blue Augments, & An Accuracy Stim

If you find the cost of purple augments prohibitive, this may be your best option. Remember though, what you don't spend on purple augments, you will still have to spend some to buy an extra blue augment. As you can see, you waste a lot more Accuracy and Alacrity that don't give you anything and lose some Critical Rating, but not too much.
This is the only option for reaching the thresholds with no purple augments, while using the accuracy stim.
Option #5: 1518 Multiple Gear Sets, Blue Augments, & No Accuracy Stim

The old 264 mastery and 109 power versus 394 critical rating argument (compared to Option #5).
This is the only option for reaching the thresholds with no purple augments and no accuracy stim.
