These are the ways to hit 110% accuracy and 1.3 GCDs with Zeal.

Builds that meet the alacrity threshold (3209),
but not the recommended buffer (3459) are grayed out.
These builds may work for some people, but I do not recommend them.

Gold Augments

#12 is the best build here.
#13 is almost as good and uses one less gold augment.
If only using purple or blue critical augments, #18 uses less gold augments than #12 and #13.
#16 is a strong alternative to any build that only uses one gold augment.
#18 is the strongest option if you are not using any critical augments.

Purple Augments

1 Each | 336 | Zeal | 1.3 | 2. Purple

#7 is the best build here.
If only using blue or no critical augments, #8 is slighter better than #7, but uses seven more purple augments.
#7 is also the strongest build if using gold critical augments.

Blue Augments

1 Each | 336 | Zeal | 1.3 | 3. Blue

#9 is the best build here.
If only using no critical augments, #9 is still the best, with #11 being a far second that uses less augments.
If using gold or purple critical augments, #11 is the best build, with #9 being the second best and using less gold/purple critical augments than #11.

No Augments

There is no way to hit 110% accuracy and 1.3 GCDs without augments.
