As Sr. Administrator of Research and Evaluation I have been responsible for handling research request from intradistrict applications for research for educational leaders. I have also managed internal and external research projects; writing Requests for Proposals from initiation to completion. Currently I am reinvigorating and automating the research request process through project management tools such as SmartSheet.
