I'm Connie McCutcheon, and I'm running to be your Ward 5 City Councillor. I’m not a career politician -- I'm a problem solver. 

I am a community-focused candidate who believes Welland needs responsible growth, transparency, and decisions that respect taxpayers.

For ever 30 years as a municipal IT professional, I have helped local governments:

-work smarter

-be transparent

-deliver better public services.

Now, I'm ready to bring that experience home.  Because being your councillor isn't about politics -- it's about service.

I believe local government should be open, honest and accountable. Residents deserve a councillor who listens, asks questions and makes informed decisions that put our community first.

My approach to representing Ward 5 comes down to four simple steps:
