Private Landlords

Housing area and landlords have no affiliation. They are not necessarily    recommended landlords but landlords who are familiar with the rental assistance process.

The apartments that the landlords have are priced at various levels and qualities.  The clients will have to inquire with the respective landlord or manager to find out.

In addition to other eligibility requirements, in order to receive rental assistance the apartment must be affordable based on income and bills.
