¡Bienvenidos a Colegio para Bebés!
¡Estoy muy emocionada de comenzar un nuevo año juntos! Nuestro objetivo es crear un espacio divertido y acogedor donde los padres puedan conectarse con sus hijos y conocer a otras familias.
El juego libre y el arte serán una parte importante de nuestro tiempo juntos. Leeremos cuentos y cantaremos canciones, pero los niños nunca estarán obligados a participar. Seguiremos sus intereses y les permitiremos aprender a través del juego. Con el tiempo, podrán mostrar más interés en las actividades y comenzar a recordar sus canciones y rutinas favoritas.
Tendremos bolsas de juego de la biblioteca con diferentes actividades y materiales para que los niños puedan elegir. La mayoría de las bolsas están diseñadas para que 2–3 niños jueguen juntos, ayudándolos a practicar cómo compartir y desarrollar habilidades sociales.
También haremos proyectos de arte y crearemos un pequeño libro donde podrán escribir sobre lo que observan que su hijo está haciendo y aprendiendo.
¡Yo también estaré aprendiendo y jugando junto a ustedes! Mi hijo, Alexander, también nos acompañará. ¡Estoy muy emocionada de aprender, jugar y crecer juntos!
Welcome to Colegio para Bebés!
I am excited to start a new year together! Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming space where parents can connect with their children and meet other families.
Free play and art will be a big part of our time together. We will read stories and sing songs, but children will never be required to join in. We will follow their interests and let them learn through play. Over time, you may see your child become more interested in the activities and begin to remember favorite songs and routines.
We will have library play bags with different activities and materials for children to choose from. Most bags are made for 2–3 children to play together, helping them practice sharing and social skills.
We will also create art and make a small book where you can write about what you notice your child doing and learning.
I’ll be learning and playing right alongside you! My son, Alexander, will be joining us too. I can’t wait to learn, play, and grow together!

Open-ended materials like blocks, art supplies, and natural materials inspire children to explore, imagine, create, and learn! Observe your child, join in their play, or share a story together. There are also wonderful flannel stories to enjoy!

Círculo de bienvenida
Nos reuniremos para cantar, escuchar historias y conocer la propuesta de exploración del día. Animamos a los niños a participar a su propio ritmo, respetando sus tiempos individuales. Con tiempo, curiosidad y un acompañamiento amable, la participación surge de forma natural.
Welcome Circle
We will gather for songs, stories, and an introduction to the day's exploration. Children are encouraged to participate at their own pace, honoring their individual rhythms. With time, curiosity, and gentle support, engagement grows naturally.

Juego de intereses y arte
Juego de intereses: Elija una bolsa de actividades que despierte el interés de su hijo/a y desarrolle juntos el lenguaje hablando sobre los objetos y nombrándolos mientras juegan y leen.
Arte: Cada semana, crearemos un diario de reflexiones artísticas. Su hijo/a podrá explorar la propuesta artística del día o crear su propia obra; les animamos a reflexionar sobre lo que han aprendido acerca de su hija/o o sobre algún momento destacado de la jornada.
Interest Play & Art
Interest Play: Choose a literacy play bag that interests your child and build language together by talking about and naming the items as you play & read.
Art: Each week, we will create an art reflection journal. Your child can explore the art invitation of the day or create their own artwork, and you are encouraged to reflect on what you learned about your child or a special highlight from the day.

Cerraremos nuestro tiempo juntos retomando nuestros descubrimientos, compartiendo reflexiones y cantando una canción de despedida. Invitamos a los niños a participar a su propio ritmo, respetando sus voces, sus experiencias y su sentido de pertenencia a nuestra comunidad.
Goodbye Circle
We will close our time together by revisiting our discoveries, sharing reflections, and singing a farewell song. Children are welcomed to participate at their own pace, honoring their voices, experiences, and sense of belonging within our community.

Refrigerio

Snack
As we conclude our time together, families are invited to enjoy a snack and connect with one another. Children may stay and eat, chat with friends, or take their snack to go if they are feeling tired.
