Application Process

An online application must be submitted before registering your child for a program. When completing the application, please be mindful of the program’s registration deadlines.

We will notify you of your application status and contact you if any additional information is needed, including details regarding a required co-pay.

Once a scholarship is approved and all required steps are completed, you may proceed with registering your child directly with the program provider.

Please note: The application review process (including follow-up) may take up to two weeks. If this timeline does not align with your selected program’s start date, we recommend choosing a different program or waiting until a future season.

Scholarship funding is supported by community donations and grants. As funding is limited, we may not be able to approve all scholarship requests.
