LBS Leaders and those interested in LBS Leadership
We are excited for another Level LBS Leader Training. This year our theme is “First Things”. In a world that constantly pulls us in a hundred different directions, it is easy to feel hurried, distracted, and overwhelmed. Yet Jesus gives us a clear reminder in Matthew 6:33: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you.”
We believe growth does not happen by accident — it comes through being faithful in small, everyday steps of obedience. LBS is one of those steps, as we gather weekly to open God’s Word, build meaningful community, pray, let Scripture shape our lives and minister to one another throughout the week we are a part of something greater than ourselves.
This same principle applies to LBS development and growth, we have to do the small things first if we expect to see healthy LBS groups, discipleship, leader development, sending PathMakers and launching new groups. When we choose to do the “little things” that honor Christ, we are actually putting Kingdom things first.
We pray you will join us Friday evening January 30, 2026 for dinner and an opening session with Mark Lanier followed by two dynamic hours of targeted break outs that will equip you with the tools to continue LBS engagement and growth.

A thrilling and deeply introspective look at the failings of the human heart, Crime and Punishment: 2026 is a modern adaptation of Dostoevky's classic novel, steeped heavily in the digital landscape of our present age. Rodya, a former university student, finds himself in abject poverty with nothing to cling to. Steeped in a post-Truth world where every fool has a platform, Rodya takes it upon himself, believing that he is doing justice, to kill an old pawn broker, whom he is deeply indebted to, and her disabled sister, with an axe. The guilt that washes over him is unbearable as he navigates his new tortured existence. Hot on his trail is a keen detective who sees through his constant lies. As the law closes in on him, Rodya begins to have an awakening to the reality of his broken self and must decide whether to own up to his crimes and seek the forgiveness he so desperately needs, or let his soul wither into nothingness.
