PROCEDURES
STEP 1: Go back to this PADLET and read the letters of complaint prepared by other students in lesson 4 of this module.
STEP 2: Choose one letter which you find the most interesting.
STEP 3: You will now take on the role of the shop manager in order to reply to the complaint. Think about what your reply should include.
STEP 4: Use ChatGPT to help you formulate the reply letter. Make sure you prepare the instructions for ChatGPT PRECISELY - ask the right questions and use precise commands. Read the prepared reply and modify and edit it if necessary. (You can send your feedback to ChatGPT if you wish, and see the response ;))
STEP 5: Post the reply to this PADLET (from lesson 4) under the letter to which you have chosen to write a reply.
SUCESS CRITERIA
Your reply should include:
a polite acknowledgement of receiving the letter and confirmation that the issue is being investigated.
an apology for the situation, showing understanding of the customer's situation
a clear explanation of the steps that will be taken
a clear resolution to the complaint, whether it is a replacement, a refund, a store credit, or an alternative solution (specify when this will take place)
assurance that the issue is taken seriously
information about any additional steps which should be taken by the customer
appreciation for the customer’s patience and understanding
The letter should:
be about 150-200 words long
use a professional tone and respectful language
