Payment in full is due at the time of booking. The reservations are non-refundable. The number of tickets purchased correlates to the number of nights of the stay. On the order form, attendees will indicate the arrival and departure date. The booking site will close next Thursday, August 7th at 9am ET so that we can prepare the rooms, keys, and security IDs.

As a reminder, the workshops will take place August 11-12 at Northeastern University (177 Huntington Ave | Nearest public transit: Green line, Prudential T stop). The panels and presentations will take place August 13-14 at Harvard (CGIS South Building, 1730 Cambridge St | Nearest public transit: Red line, Harvard stop)
