Mr. Nelkovski is senior professional working to improve lives of people in least developed cities and regions. His expertise includes project design and management, implementation of rule of law and institutional capacity building. Nelkovski works on fostering innovation, boosting start up community, triggering economic growth, building resilient infrastructure - with focus on mobilization of financial resources. Currently, he works on strengthening of entrepreneurial ecosystems while conducting intensive research and analytics functions in GIZ. Through his work, he is active in the policy advisory services and tailor made growth-generation actions.

Mr. Jasmin Gabela is Senior Consultant at  Enova since 2015. Jasmin Gabela has over 20 years of professional experience in different economic development-related roles including MSME development support, green finance, circular economy, and local economic development. He is continually managing a portfolio of technical assistance projects for a range of international financial institutions and donors including USAID, UNDP, EBRD, GIZ, Finance in Motion, and others.

Mr. Edin Ibrahimović,  is holding a post of TRA d.o.o. Director of Development Agency of the Municipality Tešanj Bosna and Herzegovina.

He is coming on this position directly form production sector and his focus is on economical growth, production logistics and development. He was creator of few startups in production of metal constructions, and modern technologies like 3D printing. Also, during his work in German company MANN+HUMMEL BA he had opportunity to get knowledge about business development, planning and strategies.
