A university professor and active researcher with an extensive seventeen years of progressive experience in higher education. D-r Snezhana Hristova, Ph.D., became Dean of the UACS School of Business Economics and Management in December, 2017. She also serves as the Coordinator for the Doctoral Business School.
Hristova has obtained her PhD from the Faculty of Economics, State University St.Cyril and Methodius from Macedonia and a MSc in Management from the Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands. She is Alumna of the Fulbright and Stanford Leadership Academy Development Fellowship.
Her teaching and research interests are in the field of strategy, entrepreneurship and general management.
Honorary Consul of Canada in North Macedonia/ CEO of Ultra-Unet / President of Assembly MASIT
Aneta Antova Pesheva has been the general manager of the group of IT companies "Ultra-Unet" for more than 30 years. Her company brought the Internet in North Macedonia for the first time more than 25 years ago and today it is a system integrator with its own computer cloud system used by a large number of companies. She is also currently Honorary Consul of Canada in North Macedonia and President of the Assembly of ICT industry chamber of commerce- MASIT. Throughout her career, Aneta has been involved in humanitarian organizations and is constantly striving to elevate women rights in the corporate world and society as well as to encourage as many young girls as possible to get involved and build careers in the STEM area.

Ms. Elisabeth Hobl is Coordinator at the project “Entrepreneurship Promotion” in Kosovo, implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Her focus lies on private sector development in cooperation with business associations and chambers of commerce. The goal of “Entrepreneurship Promotion” is to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing and ICT. This is done by consolidating support structures for the private sector by improving the activities and management of business membership organisations in different sectors. As well as improving and further advancing the business development services offered to MSMEs by business membership organisations, and supporting policy instruments for economic development. In addition, Elisabeth advised the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development on topics such as fostering tech start-ups, gig economy, decent work, digital transformation of SMEs.

D-r Meenakshi is an award-winning speaker, international entrepreneur, and recognised as one of ASIA'S 100 WOMEN POWER LEADERS 2023 from Singapore. She is the recipient of “Women of Excellence 2022” at the Women Economic Forum (WEF). Meenakshi is the G100 Global Chair of Alliances and Alumni Wing at the club G100. Meenakshi also leads as President of Singapore - India Business Council, WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry). Meenakshi is on the advisory committee of NGO’s . Originally from Jhansi, India, Meenakshi graduated with an English Literature degree and went on to pursue a Master’s in Film making from AJK Mass Communication Research Centre in Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She is an Associate Alumni of Singapore Management University and resides in Singapore. Meenakshi has significant expertise working with C-suite executives to build new business verticals and initiatives. Ilijana Petrovska, Ph.D. is FCIM member of Chartered Institute of Marketing and member of Data & Marketing Association. She used to be Head of Training Department at ARIU Derby University in Qatar (former Stenden) and a part time professor at Qatar University, Rome Business School and guest lecturer at the University for applied sciences in Worms, Germany.
She is lecturing many different courses in Marketing as Digital Marketing Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing communications, Measuring marketing performance, Introduction to E-business, Sales management, Services Marketing, Events marketing, and Strategic Marketing for DBA candidates.
Petrovska took the Digital marketing executive education from Columbia Business School and Northwestern Kellogg's School of Management. She has published and presented articles in the area of Digital marketing, Integrated marketing Communications, social media, branding, entrepreneurial intentions, quality in education in peer reviewed journals and International conferences. Also edited the Macedonian translation of the book “Chaotics” from Kotler and Caslione.
