Registration Information

The fee for full attendance is $75 per person, which includes the opening ceremony, two training sessions and networking luncheon. 

Client Agencies: Interested attendees should contact their agency’s training coordinator in order to enroll via the MPCTC Registration System, training-mpctc.dpscs.maryland.gov. 

Non-Client Agencies: Those without training coordinators or without access to the MDLE portal can enroll by submitting a signed registration form to Katie.Johnson@maryland.gov in order to enroll. All forms must have an approving signature in order to register the student. This can be an agency head, or unit supervisor – someone to authorize the student to take this course. MD Police & Correctional Training Commissions requires credit card information in order to process non-client enrollments (Visa or MasterCard). State agencies can pay via RSTARS transfer. 

Session Selection: Once confirmed on the roster, a separate session selection form will be sent to students. 

Cancellations: If you cannot attend the Conference for any reason, please notify your training coordinator or supervisor. Whoever logged into the system to register you can access the system to make changes to your registration. If you enrolled by submitting the registration form, contact Katie.Johnson@maryland.gov with cancellation requests. If the student is not removed from the roster within 3-business days of the Conference, the agency will be billed accordingly for any applicable fees. 

If your agency has personnel who would like to attend the awards ceremony ONLY in support of an Instructor but not the entire Conference, they can do so by submitting an RSVP via the Ceremony Only RSVP Form. 

These folks will sign-in separately on the day of the event. They will not have to pay the Conference fee, but will not be entitled to giveaways, training sessions and meals. They will be expected to depart after the awards ceremony concludes. Please communicate with your agency personnel in order to avoid duplicate RSVPs. 

Agency personnel who are attending the entire Conference should register via their training coordinators as noted above.
