ConAppSol, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) built the One Point Proctor Android application (the “App”). This

servers. The App operates entirely on your device. Any data you enter remains local and is removed

when you uninstall the App.

2. Purchases and Payments

All subscription payments and free trial periods are handled securely through Google Play Billing. We

3. Permissions Used

The App requests only essential permissions, such as access to device storage for generating PDF

reports. The App does not access your camera, location, contacts, microphone, or any other personal

data sources.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored

data.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for professional and educational use. We do not knowingly collect any information

from children under 13.
