One Point Proctor Privacy Policy

ConAppSol, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) built the One Point Proctor mobile application (the “App”) for Android and iOS devices. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user-generated data to our own servers.

The App operates entirely on your device. Any data you enter, including calculation inputs, reports, and settings, remains stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to ConAppSol, LLC.

2. Purchases and Payments

Subscription purchases are processed securely through the platform provider:

• Google Play Billing on Android devices

• Apple App Store In-App Purchases on iOS devices

We do not access, collect, store, or process your payment information.

3. Permissions Used

The App requests only permissions necessary for its functionality, such as generating, previewing, sharing, or saving PDF reports.

The App does not access or collect data from your:

• Camera

• Microphone

• Location

• Contacts

• Photos

• Messages

except when explicitly required by the operating system to perform user-requested actions such as saving or sharing files.

4. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

All application data is stored locally on your device.

We do not maintain cloud servers or databases containing your information.

Uninstalling the App permanently removes locally stored application data unless your device operating system backs up application data as part of its own backup services.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for professional, business, and educational use.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with platform services including:

• Google Play Billing

• Apple App Store In-App Purchases

• Apple StoreKit

These services operate under their own privacy policies and are not controlled by ConAppSol, LLC.

7. Data Sharing and Tracking

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose user data to third parties.

The App does not use advertising networks.

The App does not track users across websites, applications, or services.

The App does not use analytics, profiling, or behavioral advertising technologies.

Updated versions will be posted through the App Store listing, Google Play listing, or other official distribution channels.
