Teacher's day celebration

Recently, our department, under the guidance of our lecturer PM Prajapati,  and the 5th semester students, organized a Teacher's Day celebration in our department. The day started with the students of the 5th and 3rd semesters students taking over the role of teachers and conducting lectures

The main event of the day was a seminar on the importance of teachers. P.M. Prajapati, the lecturer, gave a speech on why we celebrate Teacher's Day. He highlighted how teachers not only impart knowledge but also instill wisdom, helping students grow into responsible and informed citizens.

Then ,S.D. Prajapati took the stage next and delivered a speech on the sacrifices that teachers make for their students. He recited a poem that eloquently captured the challenges and rewards of teaching.

The seminar concluded with a speech by C.D. Patel,  He spoke about the importance of teachers in the modern world. He highlighted that in an ever-changing and fast-paced world, teachers play a crucial role in guiding and equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to navigate through life successfully.

In a touching gesture of appreciation, at the end of the program, all the students who had become teachers for the day were certified by the faculty.

Cyber Security Awareness for Women

For the benefit of Women in the institute, Women Decvopment Cell organized Seminar on Cyber Security Awareness on Date 6-9-2023, Time: 11AM, Seminar Hall Department of Computer Engineering. Mr.C.D.Patel Lecturer Computer Engineering (Cyber Volunteer) is resource person for this seminar. He discuss various cyber security threats, cyber-crimes and cyber laws. He also give security tips to women against online threats. 81 Students of Computer Department, Female Faculty Members and WDC cell members attended this valuable session.

Seminar on " THE ROLE OF PHYSIOTHERAPY IN WOMEN’S HEALTH "

On the date of 09/09/2022, a seminar was organized by the Women Development Cell for students and female lecturers of T.D. Polytechnic, Patan. The seminar titled "THE ROLE OF PHYSIOTHERAPY IN WOMEN’S HEALTH" was conducted by Dr. Ani Joshi at 03:00 PM. Approximately 40 female students and 10 female lecturers participated in this seminar. 

The seminar highlighted various aspects of women's health including diet, current lifestyle, eating habits, stress, and many other factors. In today's fast-paced life, it is quite common for women to neglect their health while juggling responsibilities towards their job and family. The message of women's health and empowerment was conveyed through awareness campaigns and workshops during the camp, aiming to raise more awareness about women's health and empowerment. Every woman should pay attention to fitness, nutrition, and hygiene in their lives, which will lead to a more fulfilling and problem-solving-oriented lifestyle.

Seminar on Women Health And Fitness

All students and female lecturers of K.D. Polytechnic, Patan are informed that under the Women Development Cell, a seminar on the topic of "WOMEN HEALTH AND FITNESS" is being organized on the occasion of Women's Day. The current lecture event is scheduled for the date: 08/03/2022, Tuesday, from 02:30 PM to 03:30 PM, to be held in CLASSROOM- AB003, GROUND FLOOR, NEW ACADEMIC BLOCK. 

Expert lecture on Women Empowerment

The Department of Computer Engineering students actively participated in the "Expert Lecture on Women Empowerment" organized by the NSS Cell on January 5th, 2023 at our department . A total of 73 students attended the lecture. The lecture was delivered by our lecturer, who is an expert on women's empowerment. He spoke about the importance of women's education, economic empowerment, and participation in decision-making. He also highlighted the challenges faced by women and the need for collective action to address them.

The students were very engaged in the lecture and asked many questions. They were inspired by our lecturer's message and vowed to work towards gender equality. The lecture was a valuable learning experience for the students and helped them to understand the importance of women's empowerment.

Electric Safety

The NDLI Club at K.D. Polytechnic, Patan, continued its mission of promoting knowledge and awareness by hosting a highly informative seminar focused on the critical subject of "Electrical Safety." The seminar featured a distinguished expert, Mr. Parth Mishra, a respected faculty member within the Electrical Engineering department at K.D. Polytechnic, Patan.

Mr. Mishra's extensive expertise in the field enriched the seminar with comprehensive insights into electrical safety protocols and practices. With a compelling delivery, he highlighted the importance of adhering to safety rules when dealing with electrical appliances, ensuring the well-being of individuals and the proper functioning of equipment.
