1. Does this app cover both CompTIA A+ and Security+?
Yes! You get full practice tests and study materials for A+ (Core 1 & Core 2) and Security+ (SY0‑701) in a single app. No need to buy separate prep tools.
2. How do I restore my purchase?
If you’ve already bought the full access (subscription or lifetime) on another device, open the app, go to Settings/Profile, and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.
3. I accidentally bought a subscription. Can I cancel?
All subscriptions are managed by Apple. Please go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. You can cancel or change your plan there. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
4. Is there a free trial?
Yes! Depending on the plan you choose, you may get a free trial period. After that, the subscription auto‑renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
5. The app isn’t loading / crashes. What should I do?
Try restarting the app or rebooting your device. If the problem persists, send me an email with a brief description of the issue and your iPhone model/iOS version. I’ll fix it as soon as possible.
6. Can I suggest a new feature?
Absolutely! I built this app with feedback from users like you. Drop me a message and I’ll consider it for a future update.
We collect no personal data. Your progress is stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync via iCloud.
