Setup - Accessing PLY 

This course is designed for active participation. 

• Participants will watch Independent Learning videos, follow along in a training version of Connect Care, and complete the demonstrated actions.

• Additionally, participants can do Independent Learning and practice by following along with the Complex Therapy Plan Exercise book here. 

 Access PLY Outside AHS network

• Navigate to AHS MyApps 

• Login with your AHS username, password, and Remote User Network Access (RUNA). 

• Access PLY or PLY 2. 

• Use the following credentials:  

  • Username: ambmd## (replace ## with a number between 01 and 19) 

  • Password: train 

  • Department: EDM UAH KEC FAMILY MEDICINE CL 

 Access PLY at an AHS site

• Navigate to  MyAppsStore 

• Access PLY or PLY2. 

• Use the following credentials:  

  • Username: ambmd## (replace ## with a number between 01 and 19) 

  • Password: train 

  • Department: EDM UAH KEC FAMILY MEDICINE CL
