Departments and prescribers have the option to convert existing Maintenance Therapy Plans for current patients to new Complex Therapy Plans starting May 23rd. 

• This process will involve resources to convert orders for prescriber review and signature and discontinuation of legacy therapy plans.

• If not converted, legacy therapy plan orders will be carried out. 

• New therapy plans will not be available if the orders expire.
