Keep a journal over the course of two weeks.

During week one, make a note of things that cause stress each hour. Also, write down things that happened each hour that were renewing.

During week two, apply one or two trauma-informed strategies to help you cope with stress in your life. Continue journaling each stressful situation and each renewing experience.

Reflect on the differences in your weeks. Was week two different from week one? Do you feel the application of trauma-informed practices made a difference? Why or why not?
