It is important to be aware of computer addiction because technology is too integrated within our lives. Phones, laptops, consoles, and more. Wherever you may look, it is more than likely that you will find them, which is why we want to spread our advocacy of Compsumption. With these devices all around, it is hard not to be attached, to be consumed. Those with a computer addiction tend to ignore their own health, leading to their mental and physical state to deteriorate. Without paying attention to our screen time or how long we spend on computers, we may be unknowingly becoming slowly addicted too. This is why we need to be aware, and why we need to make others aware too. Help spread our advocacy. Help lessen those who become addicted to the computer.

HELP International

Set Free Center (Rehab) is a program under HELP international that offers treatment to drug, alcohol, gambling, and computer addicts.

"Since the Set Free Center opened its doors in December 1992, over 500 drug addicts have enrolled into the program. We are a Christian rehabilitation center where we live together as a family. We desire for every rehab guest to experience healing and restoration."

Through the awareness of the negative consequences of computer addiction, more people will know the downsides and consequences of it.
