Client Navigators ensure that our clients feel welcome and that we are able to assist them in preparing their tax returns
Client Navigators assist clients with intake paperwork and may also help clients print electronic documents, help clients access or sign up for electronic accounts and with the final paperwork process. Bilingual Navigators may also assist with interpreting and translation.
Required Self-Study: Volunteer Standards of Conduct and Intake Interview and Quality Review

Required: Take your IRS exams
You are welcome to attend some of the optional trainings below prior to taking your exams.
Click for instructions to access the IRS Certification Portal and take your exam.
Submit you volunteer agreement showing you passed these exams by January 27th .
Required: Attend the State Overview, CTA Intake and Exit online class
If you are volunteering at UPO, you're required to attend in-person Intake training at the UPO site and will be contacted with the date(s).
