Idea: When searching for a destination, Waze should alert you about all necessary passes along the way
Description: Currently Waze calculates the route based on the Passes already added by the user.
However, many users are often unaware that Passes are needed to reach a certain destination and that these can be added to Waze to obtain the best route.
Moreover, Waze currently only warns, via pop-up, for some passes and not for others, or if more than one pass is needed for a certain route.
My idea would be that Waze always calculates the best route and suggest to users which Passes to add (ZTL, Vignettes, Telepass, etc…) for the best driving experience to reach the selected destination.

Idea: Wazer Profiles - Improve switching between Vehicle types
Description: When a Wazer (a single user with his/her username) drives more than one vehicle type, all the vehicle setup in the app might be valid for one car but invalid for the other one(s). The setup is important because the proposed routes are based on them.
So, which car should be set in the app? The one with plate number restriction? The one that is not 4x4? The one that uses the less common gas type? The motorcycle? A mix? Why not all of them?
It would be great if every time I get into a car, I could change the entire set of car options with a single click if it’s not the same car I drove the last time.
Wazer’s car profile is stored in the servers, so it must be downloaded at every fresh installation and/or a new driving session for viewing and updating purposes, but it is used by the routing server to find us a great route.
The challenge is to enable multiple profiles in the servers, use the active one to find routes, and manage them from the Waze app.

Idea: Hyperlocal access restriction - Get notified when your destination is on a restricted road
Description: Streets in city centers are often restricted: Only accessible with permit, Parking is only allowed with permit.
Waze always brings to you nearest drivable segment. Even when it is set as a private road.
The solution: Attribute checkbox for private roads in WME.

Idea: Add real time closures on arrows
Description: Adding the ability to put a real time closure on an arrow will help anytime we need to close just a turn arrow. This could be for an accident or construction.
Adding the ability to make real time closures invisible (no candy stripe) in the app will allow us to add counter flow lanes without having to use restrictions allowing live changes.
Please add RTC on turn arrows and invisible RTC options so we can provide the best experience possible for the driver.

Step 1 - Show the speed of the radar in the visual and TTS alert
Step 2 - Show fake speed cam (dummie) specific alerts
Step 3 - Bring the radar icon in front of the other icons on the screen (first plan)

Idea: Better handling of No Thru Traffic routes
Description: Currently we must install "gates" at every entrance that could be used to get to segments that should not be used for Thru Traffic.

Idea: Major change in speed limit
Description: Sometimes, when driving on a high speed road, the limit suddenly drops by half, because the road runs through a town.
Drivers aren't notified about major drops in speed as well as they should be, so we don't always have sufficient time to slow down.

Idea: EV in general + Add more than 4 fuel types and divide EV / Fossil fuels
Description: Add all EV information to the map and app:
EV Charging stations near me with open bays / estimated wait times.
Also include speed, reliability, down bays, costs, any amenities, and so on.
Book a charging station in advance, Include data on the time it takes to fully charge the vehicle.
We can only see 4 fuel types in the app at the moment,
And they're not sorted in a way that divides them between fossil and Electric.
Partnerships and discount coupons

Idea: Improve search results
Description: Search results aren't displayed conveniently
Improve the visuals of search results -
One option would be to show the results as bubbles with images.
In addition, the user should be able to click on buttons to display results within successively larger radii (10km, 25km, 100km...), and/or that come from other sources (such as Google).
