The travel days are

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to the venue in Ommen.
The venue address is : Olde Vechte Foundation, Zeesserweg 12, 7731 BG Ommen, The Netherlands
Depending on your arrival airport, you can further travel by train to Ommen and then reach the venue within about 15 min. from the station.
We recommend using the NS (Dutch Railways) mobile application to plan your route in the Netherlands.
Once we have a complete overview of participants' travel plans, we will provide additional recommendations regarding routes and arrival options.
Please make sure to keep all tickets, invoices, receipts and boarding passes, as these documents are required for reimbursement procedures.
Travel Bugdet
Participants from Romania, Italy and Bulgaria are eligible for a travel reimbursement of up to 309 EUR per person.
Participants from Greece are eligible for a travel reimbursement of up to 395 EUR per person.
Green Travel
Green Travel
To qualify for Green Travel support, you must use sustainable means of transport for most of your journey,
such as bus, train, or carpooling, both outward and return.
Green Travel support is available for Romania, Italy and Bulgaria.
The green travel budget is up to 417 EUR per person.
We warmly encourage participants to go green and make a positive impact on the planet.
If needed, and within the allocated travel budget, we can also cover an extra night of accommodation during
the trip for those who choose green travel options.

It is very important to have all the travel and financial documents available, otherwise the reimbursement is not possible.
Reimbursement will be processed after the project, by bank transfer in the account of your sending organization, according to Erasmus+ rules.
