Old Testament in 2 years (without Apocrypha).
This option selects OT passages (no Apocrypha passages) from the Common Worship Weekday Lectionary adding in omitted texts. Over 2 years, the whole of the Old Testament (except Psalms) is read. On some days you will read 2 Old Testament passages.
Because the date of Easter can vary by approximately 5 weeks, there will be catch up reading at either Candlemas or All Saints (or both). Be ready for extra reading at these festivals.

Old Testament in 4 years including Apocrypha.
The Apocryphal books that are included between the Old and New Testaments of some English Bibles, encompass books and book portions that are recognised by various denominations. Article 6 of the Church of England lists most Aporyphal books: (the 3rd & 4th Book of Esdras, the Books of Tobias & Judith, the rest of the Book of Esther, the Book of Wisdom (of Solomon), Jesus the Son of Sirach (Ecclesiasticus), and Baruch the Prophet. (Also additions to the Book of Daniel:) The Song of the Three Children (Azariah), The Story of Susanna, and Of Bel and the Dragon. And the Prayer of Manasses (Manasseh), the First and Second Books of Maccabees).
The Article says they are useful for Christian teaching. Viz. "And the other Books (as Hierome saith) the Church doth read for example of life and instruction of manners; but yet doth it not apply them to establish any doctrine".
This reading plan (which, of these Old Testament 3 plans, follows the Common Worship Weekday Lectionary most closely) includes the whole of the Old Testament except Psalms (with key books read every 2 years, "lesser" books every 4 years) and all the books of the Apocrypha listed in Article 6 except the Esdras books.
(Those wishing to follow Article 6 fully, should read the Esdras books as an extra treat. I have added them as an optional insert following Nehemiah, every 4 years in the week of Trinity 5.)
Because the date of Easter can vary by approximately 5 weeks, there will be catch up reading at either Candlemas or All Saints (or both). Be ready for extra reading at these festivals.
