Brain Clouds began in 1997 in the pages of the Augustana Observer. Inspired by James Thurber and The Far Side, the one-panel comic was and is often willfully obtuse.Â
The ideas for these occur to me randomly or through mindless doodling. If I sit down to try to create a Brain Cloud, it won't work.
